ABOUT MARIA POSTELL
Postell designed targeted mentoring programs across Time Inc, Time Warner divisions and Time Inc affinity groups, creating new and lasting bridges of communication. Over a thousand employees have participated in her programs since their inception. Her personal attention to detail in matching and coaching participants has attributed to the success of each program.
In 1998, Postell pioneered Peer and Source Steers, which are Knowledge Sharing venues at Time Inc. These programs have been replicated and utilized by corporations for over 10 years. These models for knowledge transfer resulted in substantial cost savings, strategic alliances, innovative business solutions and a repository of best practices.
In 2007, Time, Inc. was a recipient of the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation award acknowledging Maria’s accomplishments in Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing Programs.
Her training as a Gestalt Psychotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner gives her a unique perspective and understanding on individual and organizational dynamics. Maria is also certified in Whole Brain Creativity Assessments (NBI), giving organizations value added knowledge in maximizing individual team, leadership and organizational performance.
Postell’s greatest talents are her acumen to break down communication barriers, identify key areas for growth and create solutions that increase organizational effectiveness.
